Can one system find leads, run outreach, publish content, run ads and book the calls?

Yes, and the reason it is rare has nothing to do with any single one of those jobs being hard. Each has several competent tools; what almost nothing does is hold them on one record, so the lead a scraper found, the message that reached them, the post they saw, the ad that retargeted them, the reply they sent and the call they booked are the same row rather than six exports. Opernox is built that way on purpose: one CRM record carries a contact from discovery to booked call to revenue, and one assistant reaches every system that touched it.

Why a stack of five tools stops being cheaper

A scraper, a sending tool, a scheduler, an ads dashboard and a booking link are individually inexpensive and individually good. The cost is not the licences. It is that none of them can see the others, so a person has to be the integration: exporting a list, deduplicating it by eye, remembering which contact was already messaged on another channel, and deciding at the end of the month which of the five got the credit.

That person is doing reconciliation rather than selling, and the work grows with volume rather than staying flat. It is also the work that gets skipped first when the week is busy, which is why attribution in a five-tool stack is usually a guess presented as a number.

What "one system" has to actually mean

Shared login is not integration. The test is whether an action taken in one part of the system is visible as a fact in every other part without an export.

  • Leads discovered from maps and search are deduplicated against the CRM before anything is sent, not after.
  • Outreach on X and LinkedIn writes back to the same contact record it read from.
  • Every inbound reply is read, classified and answered against that record, so the second message knows what the first one said.
  • Bookings land on the record, and the source that produced the call stays attached to it through to revenue.
  • Content and paid ads report against the same pipeline the outreach does, rather than against impressions.

The part that is genuinely different

One assistant, called Ben, reaches all of it. Three hundred and six defined capabilities, each a real action inside a real account rather than a description of one. A sentence like "pause anything that is not producing calls and tell me what you paused" crosses the ads system, the CRM and the reporting layer without the operator opening three screens.

Anything consequential is staged for approval before it runs, with the cost and reach shown on it. That is a deliberate constraint rather than a missing feature — see the limits below.

What this does not claim

  • It does not send cold DMs on Instagram. Instagram is a content and UGC channel in this product, not an outreach channel.
  • It does not act on the open web outside the accounts and sites a client has explicitly connected.
  • It is not sold as self-serve software with published prices. Pricing is set on a consultation, sized to the client’s own account count and send rate.
  • It does not spend ad budget on a consequential change without staging that change for approval with the cost shown.
