How do I know which channel actually produced the revenue?

By keeping the source on the record from the moment the lead is found rather than reconstructing it at the end of the month. In a stack of separate tools attribution is an act of memory: five dashboards each claim the same booked call and nobody can settle it. Here the pipeline updates from the activity itself — the scrape that found the lead, the DM that opened the conversation, every reply, the booked call, the outcome — so when you ask where a deal came from, the answer is on the record.

The reason every CRM ends up wrong

Humans have to feed it. That is the whole fault. A CRM is accurate exactly as long as somebody has time to update it, which means it is accurate in quiet weeks and wrong in the weeks you would actually want to look at.

A pipeline that updates from what happened has no such failure mode, because nothing has to be remembered. Contacts, companies, deals, tasks, activities and notes are connected and carry the source trail because that is where they came from.

What the booking carries

Prospects pick a slot against your real Google Calendar availability, confirmations go out, and the booking lands in the CRM tagged with exactly which campaign produced it. The AI setter drops the link at the moment of intent, so the handoff from conversation to calendar does not pass through an email chain where deals evaporate.

And what it is measured against

Cost per booked call, not impressions or clicks. A booked call is the thing that becomes revenue; a click is a thing that happened. That choice is why the ads system can arm a stop-loss against your own breakeven rather than against a platform-suggested target.

What this does not claim

  • It records the sources it can see: the connected accounts, campaigns and sites. A conversation that happened somewhere it was not connected to is not on the record.
  • Attribution is a source trail, not a model of persuasion. It says what touched the deal, not which touch changed somebody’s mind.
