End User License Agreement

1. License

Subject to an active membership, payment, and compliance with the applicable agreement, Opernox grants the client a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Opernox software and client portal for the client internal business operations.

2. Authorized users only

Only the account holder and users they or Opernox authorize may access the software. You may not share accounts, bypass access controls, create unauthorized seats, or let unauthorized users use the software.

3. Acceptance before use

Each approved user must accept this EULA, the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy before using protected Opernox software. Opernox may store acceptance time, version, email, and related account metadata as proof of acceptance.

4. Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, lease, sublicense, or make Opernox available as a competing or stand-alone service.
• Do not bypass rate limits, security controls, approval gates, usage limits, billing controls, or onboarding checks.
• Do not use Opernox to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, discriminatory, or malicious communications.
• Do not upload malware, credential dumps, stolen data, sensitive personal data that is not required for the service, or data you are not authorized to use.
• Do not use Opernox for high-risk decisions involving credit, housing, employment, insurance, medical, legal, financial, or government benefit eligibility.

5. Connected accounts

You are responsible for accounts, browser profiles, proxies, API keys, ad accounts, social accounts, email accounts, calendars, CRMs, analytics properties, and other integrations connected to Opernox. Opernox is not responsible for third-party account bans, suspensions, throttling, policy enforcement, API changes, unavailable integrations, or data loss caused by third-party services.

6. Updates and changes

Opernox may update, change, suspend, remove, or limit features at any time, including to improve reliability, respond to platform changes, reduce abuse risk, or comply with law.

7. Termination

This license ends when the applicable agreement ends, access is suspended, the account is deprovisioned, or the user violates this EULA or related policies. Upon termination, the user must stop accessing Opernox and return or delete confidential materials as required by the applicable agreement.
